Once your package arrives at the depot, DHL will send you a new notification about the estimated delivery time. If this doesn't fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery will take place.

Delivery inside Europe and the UK is free of charge (only standard), and includes VAT and all duties.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Shipping exceptions due to holidays

We do not ship orders on the following public holidays:

New Year’s Day (January 1st)

King’s Day (April 27th)

Christmas Day (December 25th)

Boxing Day (December 26th)


REFERENC insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by REFERENC.

VAT discount

Customers ordering from outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) will receive a VAT discount of 21% on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have entered your delivery details or when you switch country/currency while browsing on our website.

Customs, duties and taxes

All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (except customers from the UK) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.

Unfortunately we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days after receiving the return. If you received a free product together with your purchase and you would like to return it, this additional product must be returned as well; otherwise additional costs will be charged. The cost of a return or exchange is at your own expense, including import duties.

Return conditions

Your return should apply to the following conditions:

  • All items are in a state that corresponds with normal 'fitting behaviour' – as you would fit in a regular store.
  • All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging.
  • All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.

Return instructions

  • Head to our online return portal;
  • Fill in your order number and postcal code;
  • Select the item(s) you want to exchange and/or return along with the reason(s) and tell us if you wish to receive a refund or an exchange;
  • Follow the steps in the portal.
  • After your return is submitted you will receive a return label which you can use to send it back to us. FOR ALL NON-EU RETURNS: Please add 3 times the invoice on the parcel in a document slide. Please ask to provide you these documents. 

Drop off your return at the nearest parcel shop.


If you want to exchange a webshop order, you must return the original product in the first place. Afterwards, you can place a new order in our webshop.
