Place your order before 14:00 on working days and your order will be shipped out the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. Delivery time depends on your country. Look up your country at the shipping overview.

To trace your order, you will receive a personal Track and Trace-code via e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to trace you order. Your order is traceable from the next morning after you placed your order. Your Track & Trace-code will become active when DHL scans your parcel for the first time.

Your Referenc order can be securely and easily paid via Shopify Payments. You can pay via iDEAL, PayPal and all major credit cards.

All Referenc products are made to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, we will review the damaged article and either replace or repair them free of charge. The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Normal day-to-day wear and tear is not covered.
Warranty outside the Netherlands:
Products that qualify for warranty but are used outside the Netherlands are able to be returned to the REFERENC webshop after consultation. The shipping costs to our warehouse and the return to the customer are borne by the owner of the article.Please read the full warranty conditions in our return policy.
